Yes. We aim to please. If you are dissatisfied with your purchased item for any reason, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase, and we will send you a mailer so you can return the item at no cost to you.

Orders - Can I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first email confirms your order. The second email lets you know we have shipped your order and includes tracking information so that you can follow the shipment if you wish.

Orders - Will you ship all my items in the same box?

We will attempt to ship all items contained in an order at the same time. If a pre-ordered item is included in your order, we will wait to ship your in-stock items until your pre-ordered item is ready to ship unless you request multiple shipments.

Shipping & Delivery - When will my order be shipped?

There is a shipping estimate provided with each product. Items in stock will generally ship the next business day. Items that need to be printed will generally ship within 2 weeks of the day the order was placed.

Special Orders - May I place a special order? When will more sizes and designs become available?

We will be adding sizes and designs as interest dictates. If you would like to request a size we don't currently offer or offer ideas for designs, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Taxes - Do you collect sales taxes?

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Tennessee. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for taxes that may apply.
